Exceeded our expectations

Pros: Amazing location with view on the hills, nice architecture, great facilities, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Free use of the well-equipped spa, nice swimming pool. We stayed there for the weekend and on Sunday, for a reasonable extra fee we had lunch there, which included a delicious asado (barbeque); we were also allowed to keep the room until 4:00 PM. An ideal place to relax, but also to visit the beautiful surroundings. We would gladly stay again!

A perfect weeekend getaway

Pros: Absolutely amazing experience from check in to check out. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, pool and spa can be a little crowded in the evening, but still good.

Cons: The breakfast could be a little better. They serve lots of pastries and desserts, but only omelette and sausages for the main dishes.

Absolutely fantastic and unique hotel

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. Great service, great facility with fantastic architecture, great food in the restaurant, fantastic breakfast with only fresh food, very enjoyable Spa, very comfortable beds. We loved every second of our stay.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was beyond expectations.

Amazing view, design and concept

Pros: We’re so happy we chose this property for a short stay in Argentina. I couldn’t believe my eyes! The view, the design, the services and facilities are impressive. The food and drinks are a must, but beyond everything the greatest thing is the staff!

Buena experiencia pero el precio no se justifica

Pros: El desayuno fue excelente uno de los puntos más destacados del hotel. Las canchas de pádel también están en muy buenas condiciones y suman mucho para quienes buscan actividades dentro del hotel. El gimnasio cumple y permite entrenar aunque debería ser un poco mas completo.

Cons: El precio nos pareció elevado en relación a lo que ofrece el hotel. La pileta climatizada no estaba lo suficientemente caliente como esperábamos, algo que en un hotel de este nivel debería estar mejor resuelto. Además, luego de realizar el check-out a las 11 hs no permiten seguir utilizando las instalaciones, argumentando disponibilidad, a pesar de que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío. Consideramos que, por el precio, deberían tener una política más flexible en ese aspecto.
