Lovely and helpful staff that went out of their way to accommodate our needs

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and helped us plan our hike to the mountains very last minute by booking taxies and asking contacts about the hike. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the night.

Would definitely stay again

Pros: The hotel is really nice with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The location is also very good, with the city centre minutes away on foot. The staff were nice too.

Cons: The main problem was the the amount of water that leaked out of the shower; the floor was covered in water and a squeegee was required to push the water into the drain. While this is only a minor problem, it resulted in some mold and humidity in the bathroom. However, still a nice place to stay and good value for money.

Muy acojedor

Pros: Todos fueron muy amables y serviciales, la app de Forze vino muy practica para la entrada y salida, me dejaron tener la mochila grande en el hotel un par de horas mas despues del check out sin cargo, La habitacion muy comoda y el desayuno muy rico, y denuevo, todos muy amables, quedé encantado.

Pros: No tomamos el desayuno. La comunicación fue sencilla y fluida. Muy lindo y acogedor el espacio.

Cons: Quizás ver personalmente a nuestros interlocutores, pero es un detalla muy personal. Todo estuvo bien.
