A perfect hotel

Pros: This hotel is perfect. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is beautiful and well thought out. It is an oasis, you feel completely in a different world when you're inside. Every member of staff was lovely and helpful and warm. The pool and terrace get a lot of sunshine and are very relaxing environments. The beds were comfy and the room has everything you need. I cannot fault it or say enough good things. I am already planning to go back.

Cons: I didn't want to leave.

Excellent Hotel experience in Carlos Paz

Pros: Loved the hospitality from all the hotel and bar staff. The owner, Ivan has created the perfect atmosphere for both his guests and staff with exquisite taste, attention to detail and great management. Special mention to Christian, Nico, Carolina and Nieves for their friendly, acommodating and welcoming services.

Pros: Es la tercera vez que voy. Siempre lo recomiendo, es espectacular!!!!! Amabilidad, conford, desayunos a la carta, las habitaciones, el ambiente, la pileta… genial!

Pros: Es bellísimo, La cama es INCREÍBLE , la impronta del hotel enamora, tiene estacionamiento propio, el desayuno es a la carta con opciones de primera, te tratan excelente, NO SE PUEDE PEDIR MÁS. Sin dudas volveremos y recomiendo 100 %

Atractivo pero ruidoso para mi gusto...

Pros: Destaco en Primer lugar, la atención del personal de este Hotel. TODOS -sin excepción- fueron muy amables, cordiales y atentos. El Hotel es característico por su infraestructura que llama mucho la atención de visitantes. El comedor brinda muy ricos menúes y los desayunos son muy buenos, tambien. La seguridad de tener un sereno, que se encarga de esperarte cuando llegas posterior a la 1 AM, es muy acertada. Felicitaciones por todo esto.

Cons: No nos gustó una situación que nos tocó vivir estando hospedados. Se permitió el festejo de un cumpleaños con una veintena de Sres/as adultos, en la parte de la administración (pegada a nuestra habitación), que -al ser un cumpleaños y habiéndose alojados TODOS en el mismo hotel, dio lugar a muchos ruidos molestos e incómodos durante la permanencia de los mismos, que -a nuestro parecer- denotaba ser una \
