Windsor Hotel

A very welcoming hotel in a great place. Very much recommended and will return next time we’re there.

Pros: Very central for the city so everywhere was in walking distance. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was lovely and a good variety of drinks. Breakfast was plentiful and we had an amazing steak in the restaurant one evening. The pool area is small but tidy and very welcome with towels available.

Cons: Unfortunately the extraction units are directly onto the roof space by the pool which is a bit unsightly and quite noisy and smelly when it’s on. There are only four sun loungers available. I would have expected complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the rooms; water, tea, coffee etc.

Very pleasant just needs room updating for price

Pros: The communal areas were lovely bright and modern Staff especially the young door boys were excellent and friendly

Cons: Room was very dated. No parasols by the pool area Very noisy outside at night

Everything one can expect for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

Pros: excellent breakfast with good choice, good location, two good restaurants and very helpful staff. Good laundry service. Close to the main visitor attractions in town. Quiet room.

Cons: There is possibly some concern about the neighbourhood late at night

Wonderful hotel

Pros: Staff were very helpful, spoke English and the dining facilities were excellent

Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant for dinner.

Cons: You have to walk 10 minutes to town and there is no Uber available.

Perfect hotel

Pros: The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever had! All the staff, from the cleaners to the front desk, were friendly, courteous and helpful. Wide choice at breakfast and the whole place is ruthlessly clean.

Cons: Bedroom view!

Short but great

Pros: Location is great and the staff during the night of my Check-in were amazing. The porter did not get his name and Juan, were very professional, provided great customer service and were helpful.

Cons: I think that the bathroom/toilet in the room need some sort of ventilation like a fan or window to help prevent moisture and mould in the air as there is a slight mould like smell in the shower area
