Pros: Es muy lindo todo y nadie te jode. Cada uno esta en la suya.

Cons: Esta ubicado un poco aislado del Centro pero a 3 cuadras de Avenida Colón donde hay muchas opciones de colectivos. Sino caminando unos 20 minutos se llega a todas partes. También tienen a pocas cuadras el Shopping Centro.
