Propiedad adecuada para familia o amigos. Linda zona, tranquila

Pros: La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra de la calle principal y a 200 m del río Santa Rosa. Supermercado a 300, panaderías y rotiserías, bar y restaurantes cerca. Tiene un hermoso patio muy grande, lleno de plantas . Zona y casa segura, tranquila. El propietario vive al lado, predispuesto y disponible para las consultas y solucionar inconvenientes. Brindó datos y recomendaciones de la ciudad.

Cons: Mejorar las instalaciones. Éramos 6 personas, un día nos quedamos sin agua, si bien el propietario acudió enseguida a resolver, consideramos que debía estar en condiciones los 7 días. Un día se trancó el desagüe del baño. La casa no tiene gas natural, tiene cilindros, se terminó el gas durante la estadía. Si bien el propietario acudió enseguida a cambiar, sería mejor que tenga la instalación de gas para evitar quedarse sin el servicio especialmente en el invierno.
