Pros: Muy cómoda y accesible. Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de todo en el punto justo entre el centro y los cajones para los que nos gusta caminar y para los que no tanto.

Cons: La escalera de acceso a la planta superior es un factor a tener en cuenta si tienes más de 90 años!! :)
