Argentina 🇦🇷

Muy bueno en cuanto a la relación precio-calidad-comodidades.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cuadras del centro. El edificio es bastante nuevo. Cuenta con un SUM en la terraza con piscina con muy buenas vistas. El departamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Cochera con portón automático y elevador para autos.

Cons: El dpto tiene el ventanal del dormitorio que da al oeste, por lo que el sol del atardecer le da de lleno, elevando la temperatura que ni con aire acondicionado se puede moderar. El ventilador de techo del comedor se bamboleaba tanto que no se podía usar, cosa que hice notar a la propietaria cuando salimos, quien dijo que tomaría las medidas pertinentes para solucionarlo. El servicio de WIFI es bastante malo. La cochera es para vehículos de medianos a chicos. SUVs o autos grandes van a estacionar con dificultad si está completo el lugar. Camionetas tipo Hilux no van a entrar.
