Excelente.

Pros: Todo en condiciones, limpieza y comodidad excelente. Acorde al precio.

Cons: Me cuesta buscar fallas, realmente el lugar es buena calidad. Algo para mejorar quizá el picaporte del baño. Pero realmente todo es excelente. Lo recomiendo y lo volveré a elegir.

Pros: Excelente ubicación y atención de Juan Pablo. Muy buena predisposición. La piscina y las vistas, hermosas. A una cuadra de todos los restaurantes, y a dos de la peatonal. Inmejorable ubicación. Súper recomendable.

Recomendable

Pros: Ubicación, disponibilidad del anfitrion, departamento cómodo, bien amueblado. Recién pintado. Todos los eletrodomesticos para poder cocinar; completo. Dos Escritorios, en mi caso he pedido hacer smartworking con facilidad. Cochera amplia y comoda entro del establecimiento. Seguridad a la noche.

Cons: 1.Un solo rollo de papel higienico por baño. (Establecido por la proprietaria) entonces cuando te quedas una semana te tenes que ir a comprar. PATETICO. 2. SIN TOALLAS. Es la primera vez que me pasa y por este motivo no lo vuelvo a elegia. 3. Sugerencia:::: No lo necesite pero: No tiene lavaropas (teniendo el espacio para instalarlo). Quien elije un dpto quiere estar como en su casa, por lo tanto nadie va a lavar la ropa afuera. (Sugerencia)
