Pros: Todas las comodidades del apartamento , la pileta, parrilla y el aire acondicionado.

Cons: La calle de acceso estaba con pozos en la esquina. Le faltaba mesitas de luz para dejar el celular a la noche y ganchos para colgar los toallones.
