Pros: Super clean and modern apartment. Good location. Alicia was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Noises from the street could be heard in the apartment.

Pros: It suited us. The lady who was helping with our check in and needs, was helpful enough.

Cons: The host wanted ARS instead of USD cash. But the amount he quoted in ARS was way above USD equivalent. When questioned, he said the rate is paying with card. He reduced it (slightly) when I said I’ll pay cash. But, it was still more the USD quote. I requested for invoice several times to no avail, after giving him all the information that he requested. It was not transparent. He would not communicate via booking.com platform.

Exceptionally nice apartment

Pros: Very friendly welcome from Alicia and, before a good communication with her. The apartment is excellent: the location, the size, two bedrooms as it's written on booking.com, a well equipped kitchen, clean and bright. Highly recommended!

Great central clean apartment with a brilliant housekeeper

Pros: Brilliant central location. The housekeeper who met us was incredible. She was available for questions and was very warm and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to greet us. Parking was convenient nearby. Perfect central area. Spotlessly clean apartment too

Pros: This apartment is centrally located, just one block from Plaza San Martin. You can walk to any of the main tourists destinations. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around. On the same block there is also a small supermarket.

Cons: I can't think of any improvements.
